Father,
We can do nothing without You. You are in control and Your plan is perfect. You are doing wonderful and powerful things in this fallen world and in the hearts of mankind. God, please don’t let us stand in Your way. Teach us to give all things over to You. We want all glory and honor to be Yours, but sometimes we are selfish and give in to pride and boasting. Forgive us and make us teachable and God-honoring servants.
