Lord,
You have called us to love Your people. But the needs of our fallen world are overwhelming. In our own self-centeredness, it is so easy to tune out. Our hearts become hardened to brokenness that surrounds us. Father, give us hearts after Your own heart. Teach us to be sensitive to the needs of others. Show us how to love as You have loved us. And break our hearts each day for the lost and hurting.
